Please read these terms before requesting a consultation or installation.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern any consultation request, service agreement, or use of this website by HDTV Installer Pros ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting a request or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Free Consultation & Quotes
An on-site consultation is provided at no charge and does not obligate you to book installation services. Quotes provided after a consultation are based on the information and access available at that time; final pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ once work begins.
3. Scheduling & Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and relevant areas (attics, electrical panels, network equipment) needed to complete an assessment or installation.
4. Workmanship Warranty
Installations include a 1-year warranty on our labor/workmanship. This warranty covers issues with how equipment was installed by our technicians; it does not cover manufacturer defects in equipment itself, which remain subject to the manufacturer's own warranty.
5. Payment
This section is a starting template only — confirm your actual deposit, payment schedule and cancellation policy, and have it reviewed by an attorney before publishing. Payment terms, including any deposit and balance due date, will be provided in your itemized quote.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions in wiring, walls, or equipment not installed by us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
